Job summary

The Kraft Group operates Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, seeking a part-time Parking Security team member for event days. You will support fan safety and parking operations, greet guests, direct attendees, and help with seat assignments as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, enforcing rules, and escalating incidents to management or authorities while maintaining courteous, professional service in a loud, busy stadium environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Available to work all full Stadium events including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist fans and communicate about parking lot rules and non-compliance.
• Provide courteous customer service: greet fans, answer inquiries, give directions, assist with seat assignments.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials; escalate as needed.
• Inform guests of stadium entrance rules and monitor prohibited items.
• Monitor crowd activity and report suspicious or dangerous situations to supervisors or authorities.
• Escort players or special guests to and from vehicles as assigned by management.
• Address complaints professionally and escalate issues to area supervisors as appropriate.
