Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a stadium parking cashier to manage vehicle flow at entrances and provide outstanding guest service during events. You will verify event tickets, scan passes, process on-site payments, and assist guests with directions while maintaining booth cleanliness.

Qualified applicants have cashier experience, strong math skills for making change, and a track record of excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and ability to provide correct change.
• Ability to read and execute instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cashier experience and handling credit card machines.

Responsibilities

• Accept payment from customers for parking and tickets at the booth.
• Process vehicles by scanning digital or printed passes.
• Handle on-site payments via credit card when required.
• Count vehicles using ticket scanners where passes are not required.
• Provide direction and assistance to guests and resolve issues with Head Cashier.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
