The role requires reliability, strong communication, and flexibility to work at various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior cash-handling experience and POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check must be clean and pass as part of hiring process.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Process all forms of payment accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station with change, receipts, and signage.
• Follow safety protocols and secure cash, equipment, and personal belongings.
• Collaborate with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and participate in required trainings.
