Job summary

Minnesota United FC in St. Paul, MN is seeking a part-time Stadium Operations Supervisor to oversee event setup, conversions, and teardown at Allianz Field and the National Sports Center. You will lead and mentor a team of part-time staff, ensure safety, and coordinate with operations leadership.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays on matchdays, with hands-on work, equipment operation, and use of systems like Dayforce, Asana, and UpKeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility, venue, stadium, or event operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring part-time or seasonal staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to perform hands-on operational work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead event conversions and venue setup operations, transforming spaces for matches, concerts, corporate events, and other events.
• Supervise and support part-time staff during setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring work is safe, efficient, and up to standards.
• Attend event planning meetings, communicate event requirements and logistics, and ensure staffing readiness for execution.
• Partner with the Stadium Operations Coordinator and Manager to maintain a clean, organized, and event-ready facility.
• Conduct quality audits of event spaces, verifying setup, cleanliness, safety, and readiness; coordinate solutions to issues.
• Operate facility equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts); training provided if needed.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and perform minor repairs on equipment and assets.
• Utilize Dayforce, Asana, and UpKeep to manage schedules, work orders, and projects.
• Play a key role in matchday operations for MNUFC and MNUFC2 events; support setup and post-event duties.
• Train and mentor part-time staff on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
