Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Cleaning Services Attendant for the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time, non-exempt role supports cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness for events year-round, including concerts, sports, and large gatherings.

You will operate custodial equipment, perform routine cleaning across concourses, restrooms, and premium areas, and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe guest experience in a dynamic venue environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
• Maintain professional interactions with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Work indoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment to maintain facility cleanliness.
• Perform routine and event-related cleaning in concourses, seating areas, restrooms, offices, locker rooms, premium areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and high-touch areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and extract flooring surfaces as required.
• Clean and maintain hard and soft surfaces following safety guidelines.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost materials and sort waste streams.
• Respond to spills and sanitation needs following safety protocols.
• Support event readiness and post-event turnover, including overnight cleaning.
• Clean and polish fixtures and building features.
• Periodically assist in leading part-time staff during events or projects.
• Follow all OSHA, safety, PPE, and bloodborne pathogen procedures.
