Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will lead a section of stands, supervise team members, and ensure high guest service standards during events.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, food service background, and availability for nights, weekends, and 10+ hour shifts. Seasonal, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team and enforce rules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.
• Lead a section of stands and portables on game day and assist volunteers.
• Conduct pre-game and post-game walks to ensure the section is prepared and clean after the game.
