Job summary

Sporting Kansas City is seeking an Operations Specialist to assist with event and stadium operations across all venues. You will work with the Operations Team to ensure events run smoothly and facilities are maintained efficiently.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 16, basic technology skills, and reliable transportation. You will support setup and teardown, coordinate with facility staff, and help deliver a professional experience for fans and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
• Previous experience in a public event venue or customer service is preferred.
• Basic technology skills required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stadium operations per Sporting KC's mission and values.
• Move, load, and unload equipment and supplies.
• Assist with daily stadium tasks and events.
• Coordinate with Facility Operations for upkeep and report damaged furniture/equipment.
• Represent Sporting KC professionally at all times.
• Assist with vendor support and event logistics.
