Job summary

Sporting Kansas City is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to greet guests at Sporting Park, assist them in locating their seats, and ensure they have an enjoyable experience. You will be the first point of contact for fans, answer questions about the game, and guide guests through venue policies to create a positive experience.

This role requires outdoor work in all weather, the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to representing Sporting Kansas City

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in public event venue or customer service preferred.
• Basic technology skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide stadium information.
• Scan tickets at entry and check credentials for access.
• Answer questions about the game and venue policies.
• Assist with guiding guests to their seats and Premium areas as needed.
• Operate elevator for guests to ticketed levels and ensure safety.
• Maintain guest safety and comply with stadium rules.
• Represent Sporting Kansas City professionally at all times.
• Commit to working 75% of Sporting Park events.
• Attend mandatory trainings.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
