Qualifications

• Security experience within a sports or entertainment venue or related field.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a KCMO Private Police Commission License.
• Must have a valid state driver license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to learn.
• Professional attitude that is customer service oriented.
• Effective writing, telephone, and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment and detail oriented.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and guests with a smile and friendly attitude.
• Screening of employees/guests/deliveries prior to entry.
• Log all activities performed during shift and investigate/report security incidents.
• Write incident reports.
• Provide concourse security and monitor access points.
• Escort visitors and other personnel as required by procedures.
• Operate CCTV and access control systems.
• Provide field security for players and officials.
• Enforce security procedures for stadium events.
• Collaborate with event staff to maintain safety.
