Job summary

Kansas City Chiefs are seeking energetic individuals for the 2026 Event Season to deliver Championship Service at Arrowhead Stadium. As part of the Event Staff, you will create engaging experiences during stadium-wide events including concerts and games.

Ideal candidates are dependable, personable, and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; you will perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep restrooms, floors, break rooms, and common areas spotless for guests and teams.

Qualifications

• Availability for ALL stadium-wide events/games (nights, holidays, primetime).
• Stand for long periods in various weather conditions; traverse stadium stairs/ramp.
• Smartphone proficiency, email communication, portal usage, virtual interview readiness.

Responsibilities

• Restrooms: clean, disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, floors; replenish supplies.
• Floors: sweep, mop, vacuum; assist with scrubbing and waxing.
• Break rooms: clean sinks, counters, tables, chairs, refrigerators; replenish supplies.
• Trash: empty, transport to disposal area.
• Other duties: clean rugs/carpets, wash walls/woodwork/windows as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Kansas City Chiefs are currently recruiting talented individuals to deliver Championship Service for the 2026 Event Season during stadium-wide events (including but not limited to all concerts and sporting events). Ideal candidates will be energetic, engaging, passionate, personable, proactive, and welcoming. As a member of the Kansas City Chiefs Event Staff, you create valuable and exciting experiences for everyone at Arrowhead Stadium.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability for ALL stadium-wide events/games, including weeknights, holidays, primetime evening, FIFA World Cup, etc.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in various weather conditions
• Ability to traverse sections of the stadium via stairs and/or ramp
• Fundamental technical skills required; smart phone proficiency, email communication, personnel portal, ability to complete virtual interview without assistance

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Restrooms: Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Floors: Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Other floor work may be required such as: scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
• Break rooms / Kitchenettes: Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc. Replenishes break room supplies.
• Trash: Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
• Other Duties: Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleaner. Washes walls and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, partitions, sills, etc.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Reports to work each event on time and works extra hours when needed.
• Employees must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e., when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.).
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• The employee must be able to determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Must join the Service Employee’s International Union Local #1 within first 30 days of employment.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
