Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follows executive chef and sous chefs' assignments for opening/closing procedures.
• Prepares food items per portion size and quality standards.
• Maintains HACCP standards and sanitation.
• Keeps kitchen clean including walk-in coolers and storage areas.
• Ensures equipment is clean, sanitized, and operable; reports issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
