Legends is hiring a part-time Cook for Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. You will produce all assigned menu items following Legends’ recipes and techniques while upholding sanitation standards during live stadium events.

This fast-paced, team-oriented role requires 18+ with ServSafe allergens/food handler preferred, strong time management, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• ServSafe Allergens and Food Handler certification preferred.
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Follows Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and/or Culinary Supervisors/Leads assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
• Prepares food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintains HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Ensures all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized, and kept in a safe and operable condition; report issues to lead or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
