GeoSport Lighting Systems is seeking a Lighting Controls Programmer to configure, program, commission, and support advanced lighting control systems for stadium environments. Proficiency with MADRIX, DMX/RDM protocols, and familiarity with Pharos is preferred. The role requires 60–70% regional travel and is based in St.

Gabriel, LA. You will work with engineers and project teams to deliver reliable lighting installations from design through deployment, ensuring quality control and documentation

Qualifications

• Hands-on MADRIX software experience required.
• Strong knowledge of DMX512, RDM, and Ethernet-based protocols (Art-Net/sACN).
• Ability to troubleshoot lighting-control hardware, software, and networking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and maintain lighting control systems using MADRIX.
• On-site commissioning using RDM for discovery, addressing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineers/project teams to develop lighting effects and control strategies.
• Lead or assist with system setup, testing, programming updates, and commissioning documentation.
• Travel to project sites for commissioning, testing, and ongoing support.
