Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking seasonal Culinary Supervisors to lead a fast-paced kitchen team and ensure top-quality food service for guests.

As a Cook with supervisory responsibilities, you will supervise line cooks, uphold food safety, manage opening/closing duties, and help control costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No college degree required.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers; ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order.
• Effectively supervise breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Help maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
