Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Culinary Supervisors to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The ideal candidate is an experienced Cook who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence.

Position pays $28.00 - $29.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package; weekly pay and opportunities for training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of experience as a line cook with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive, detail-oriented, with basic math and recipe measurement skills.
• Experience supervising food preparation and kitchen operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-ins and freezers and ensure kitchen equipment works.
• Oversee proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as assigned.
• Help maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
