Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a line cook, including supervisory duties.
• No college degree required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive and detail-oriented with good math skills for recipes.
• Ability to follow recipes and evaluate food quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk‑ins/freezers and ensure kitchen equipment works.
• Oversee breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Help maintain food cost within targets set by culinary leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
