Qualifications

• Two years experience as a line cook, including supervisory duties.
• Strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to read and follow recipes and scale ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers; ensure kitchen equipment works
• Oversee proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties
• Help maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
• Collaborate with team and restaurant managers to satisfy guests
