Job summary

Gwinnett Stripers, part of Diamond Baseball Holdings, seeks a Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations for all events at Gwinnett Field. You will report to the Director, Food & Beverage, and drive quality, efficiency and team performance.

The role requires 3+ years of culinary management with high-volume production, willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a passion for delivering excellent fan experiences in a stadium setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Experience in high-volume food production.
• Serve Safe certification preferred (required after hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee stadium food production staff for games, events, staff and suites.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery of food.
• Train staff across all food production areas.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per Georgia Health Department regulations.
• Cost out menu items and collaborate with DBH policy.
