Job summary

The Gwinnett Stripers in Lawrenceville, GA are seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations for baseball games and special events at Gwinnett Field. You will oversee high-volume food production, ensure quality and presentation, and manage staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage stadium food production staff during games and events.
• Oversee food prep and presentation; maintain quality.
• Train staff in various production areas (picnics, concessions, kiosks, suites).
• Ensure safety and sanitation per Georgia Health Department regulations.
• Cost out menu items according to DBH policy.
• Coordinate timely delivery of food to teams, staff and suites.
• Support other departments as needed.
