Job summary

Legends Global seeks an Incident Report Writer to join our Security team at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. This role responds to security and medical incidents during events and documents details in our incident management system, coordinating with law enforcement, EMS, and venue staff as needed.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, meticulous reporting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Part-time, hourly, non-exempt; 25.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience writing incident reports in security, law enforcement, EMS, or other first responder environment required.
• Event operations, stadium, arena, or large-scale event experience preferred.
• Experience working with first responders preferred.
• Certification in NIMS 100/200, 300/400, & 700/800.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security, medical, guest, operational, and other incidents during events.
• Gather accurate and timely information regarding incidents and involved parties.
• Document incidents in the stadium’s incident management system promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with law enforcement, EMS, security personnel, staff, and agencies as needed.
• Monitor incident information using multiple methods (radio, phone).
• Follow stadium security, emergency response, and incident management procedures.
• Assist with communication and coordination during emergencies and significant incidents.
• Maintain situational awareness and identify resource needs.
• Interact professionally with guests, employees, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Use sound judgement to de-escalate situations and maintain professionalism.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy in the system.
• Follow up on incomplete information and obtain details as needed.
• Protect confidential information and maintain discretion.
• Perform other duties to support stadium security and event operations.
