Job summary

Minnesota United FC is seeking a Director of Security Operations to lead 24/7 security across Allianz Field and related properties in St. Paul, MN.

You will oversee security strategy, incident response, and coordination with local agencies to ensure safety and a superb match-day experience. Based at Allianz Field, this exempt role reports to the General Manager and requires a proven track record in public safety, operations leadership, and budget management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in public safety, security, or law enforcement with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across Allianz Field and properties.
• Lead 24/7 security and match-day operations.
• Build partnerships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Develop annual security operations budget and vendor management.

Bachelor's degree in Public Safety / Criminal Justice / Public Administration or related field
