Job summary

Legends Global seeks an experienced Event Manager to plan and manage events at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. This role coordinates client needs, budgets, timelines, and service contractors to ensure flawless events, from conception through execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in venue or stadium event management, with strong leadership and communication skills. AutoCAD and MS Office experience are preferred; long hours and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in events/venue management.
• 4+ years related experience and/or training in large-scale events.
• Venue/stadium or complex event management experience preferred.
• Concerts and live production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meets with client groups to plan and organize events and promotes stadium features/services.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors for events.
• Prepares cost estimates and final billing.
• Serves as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Supervises event day staff and oversees facility operations for events.
