Legends Global is seeking an Incident Report Writer to support the Security team at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

This role documents incidents as they occur, gathering information from security personnel, law enforcement, EMS, stadium staff, and others, and entering reports into the incident management system. The position requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work independently, and the judgment to maintain confidentiality and professionalism during high-pressure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing incident reports in security or first responder fields.
• NIMS 100/200, 300/400, 700/800 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security, medical, guest, and other incidents during stadium events.
• Gather accurate incident information including parties, location, and actions taken.
• Document incidents in the stadium's incident management system promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with law enforcement, EMS, private security, and stadium staff as needed.
• Maintain situational awareness and de-escalate when required.
