Job summary

Legends Global at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is hiring a Guest Experience Event Representative to ensure guests enjoy their visit while upholding Stadium policies. You will be the first contact for inquiries, greet guests warmly, guide them to sections and restrooms, and assist with mobile tickets.

Role requires outdoor work, calm decision-making under pressure, and teamwork across departments. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of in-person customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick, proactive decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned location or area of the Stadium and respond to ticket issues, ADA relocations, and guest complaints.
• Greet and guide guests; assist with location questions and mobile ticketing.
• Ensure public safety concerns are addressed; understand Stadium policies.
• Document challenges or incidents and relay to management via incident system.
• Assist with Stadium setup, including checking areas and equipment, and support emergency procedures.
