Job summary

CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches seeks a Guest Services Associate to greet fans, provide directions, and help ensure a safe, welcoming game-day experience. This two-team, state-of-the-art facility supports Spring Training and events year-round, and staff play a vital role in delivering memorable entertainment value.

This part-time/seasonal role in Stadium Operations requires a strong guest focus, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations.
• Must be reliable and exhibit commitment to meeting both the work schedule and job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans with a great smile and a helpful attitude.
• Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests; refer serious problems to supervisory staff.
• Retain knowledge of teams, facility layout, seating sections, and emergency procedures.
• Enforce venue rules and provide immediate assistance and emergency notification when needed.
• Assist guests with wheelchair seating and provide access as required.
• Follow directions and work well within a team setting; work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
