Job summary

Orlando City SC & Orlando Pride are seeking a Fan Ambassador (Part-Time) to enhance the guest experience at InterCo Stadium. You will greet guests, check tickets, provide information, and report issues to leadership as part of the Guest Experience Department.

The role requires customer service experience in sports/entertainment, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and excellent communication. Availability for 80% of home matches and all events is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service at sporting/entertainment venue preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Schedule availability for 80% of Orlando City home matches and 80% of Orlando Pride home matches.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain SafeSport certification.
• Must be able to stand for 4–5 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation required for all scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at gates and provide directions and information.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to fans entering and leaving the stadium.
• Communicate key messages and resolve guest concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Collaborate with security, food service, ticket operations, merchandise, housekeeping, and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of stadium policies, services, and amenities.
