Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper at Stadium Centre in Tallahassee to maintain interiors and exteriors, support make-ready tasks, and assist the service team with daily duties. You will help preserve curb appeal and assist with pool maintenance or pressure washing where applicable.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn general labor and property maintenance with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor and property maintenance; training provided.
• Ability to operate facilities equipment safely and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and multi-step tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior property to set standards.
• Groundskeeping tasks: trash collection, cleaning, and basic landscaping.
• Assist service team with work orders, moves, and turnover tasks.
• Support in apartment make-ready duties and painting as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
