American Campus Communities is seeking a Service Technician for Stadium Centre in Tallahassee, FL. The role reports to the Senior Service Manager and focuses on performing maintenance tasks, completing work orders, and supporting preventative maintenance to keep the property well‑maintained for residents.

The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and capable of coordinating with vendors while maintaining cleanliness and organization on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to execute work orders and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders in a timely manner with quality and efficiency.
• Close out work orders in the system using required tools.
• Assist in property turnover and coordinate with vendors for efficient execution.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maintain property operations.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment following safety protocols.
• Escort vendors on-site and facilitate their work.
• Keep shop and storage areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with vendor services such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Assist with curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned.
