Job summary

Hollywood Park in Inglewood, CA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee event conversions and daily venue tasks at SoFi Stadium and the campus.

You will coordinate staffing, train part-time teams, manage equipment movement, and ensure safety compliance while delivering excellent service.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in public assembly facilities, and ability to work nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work extended hours including nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public assembly facilities management with increasing responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in event conversions, event management, or building operations.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight of all conversions and other event operational tasks within SoFi Stadium and the campus.
• Coordinate and organize tasks behind each event conversion within the established timeline.
• Direct part-time staff to complete conversions and related tasks.
• Assist with onsite training of part-time staff concerning operations functions.
• Assist with movement, pickup, delivery, and installation of equipment, furniture, and other materials.
• Execute daily facility operational tasks to ensure optimal service and cost efficiency.
• Lead staff in setup and breakdown of event equipment and furniture.
• Ensure compliance with Hollywood Park safety policies and training requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to the Hollywood Park community across venues.
• Maintain documentation of facility damages and assist with repairs as needed.
