Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking an Event-Day Vending Supervisor to lead a team of Hawkers at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals. In this role you will coach staff, drive beverage sales, and ensure top guest service in a fast-paced stadium setting.

This event-based position requires flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, and major game days with hours varying by event. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume sales, customer service, or restaurant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.
• Valid Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Walk the concourse to coach team members.
• Promote and upsell products with urgency.
• Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude.
• Provide front-line leadership of Hawkers as assigned.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate promotions.
• Coach to ensure beverages are presented clean and organized.
• Model food safety and alcohol service policies.
• Track opportunities for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Directors to ensure successful operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
