Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume catering or restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification required for 18 and up.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and organization of service areas.
• Execute service in accordance with BEOs.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure visually appealing food and beverage displays.
• Communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure compliance.
• Provide guest service including menu and allergen knowledge.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
