Qualifications

• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment (e.g., deep fryer, grill, oven, mixers).
• Clear, professional communication with staff, volunteers, management, and guests.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food prep guidelines, safety standards; adherence to union kitchen policies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays as events occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, fresh food in a timely manner for guests.
• Prepare hot and cold foods following recipes and portioning requirements.
• Collaborate with Stand Lead and Concessions Manager to plan menus and estimate consumption.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Ensure accurate portioning and garnishing for delivery to guests.
