Job summary

Oak View Group at Allegiant Stadium is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor (Union) to lead the kitchen team, cook to standard recipes, and train staff during events. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers hourly compensation per the union agreement.

The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee staff, monitor food quality, manage costs, and ensure sanitation in a high-volume, fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary education or equivalent experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a kitchen is required.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment (broiler, ovens, mixers, slicers, knives).
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff.
• Prepare meats, soups, and sauces per recipes.
• Train kitchen staff and ensure attendance.
• Control food and labor costs.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Prepare hot and cold foods and ensure proper portioning.
• Assist in menu planning with senior chefs.
