Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Stand Grill Cook for State Farm Stadium concessions. The role involves preparing great tasting products for concession stands, ensuring food safety, restocking supplies, and keeping the workstation clean in a fast-paced arena environment.

You’ll work with grills, convection ovens, fryers, and other equipment, report inventory and prep times to the Stand Manager, and support clean-up before and after events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid TEAM or TIP certification card.
• County Food Handler Card on file.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Pre-employment forms, background check and math assessment required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep food to meet guest expectations using grills, ovens and fryers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and restock supplies as needed.
• Communicate inventory levels and prep times to Stand Manager to ensure smooth service.
