Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare and serve food at a grill station
• Adherence to federal, state and corporate standards
• Ability to follow established steps of service and portion control

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures correct temperatures and presentation
• Follows ticketing procedures and records area activity during service
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains work areas and equipment
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor
• Attends safety meetings and maintains a safe work environment
