Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid TEAM or TIP certification card.
• County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and math assessment involving US monetary units.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 6 months+ food preparation experience in a fast-paced setting or stadium/arena.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great tasting products for concession stands.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Restock supplies and prep cold and hot items.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with health dept. standards.
• Communicate inventory levels and prep times to Stand Manager.
