Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to support catering operations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on coordinating large-scale events, managing staff, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

You will work closely with the Catering Manager and other departments to ensure service standards are met and events run smoothly in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering operations for large-scale events at the stadium.
• Support planning, setup, execution and breakdown of events.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Warehouse and Premium Operations teams.
• Review BEOs, timelines, staffing plans and requirements.
• Supervise, train, schedule and lead catering staff.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and staff briefings.
• Resolve staffing, service delays, and supply issues promptly.
• Maintain guest service standards and hospitality quality.
• Ensure food safety regulations and sanitation compliance.
