Inter Miami CF is seeking a Director of Video Production to lead a team of shooter/editors, manage workload, and interface with multiple departments across the Club, soliciting feedback and managing expectations during the creative process.

The individual must be an experienced videographer as well as a manager who can prioritize multiple projects and understand the professional sports landscape and its content needs. A fresh, edgy storytelling style is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Experience with a professional sports team is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of cinema cameras and lenses (Sony systems).
• Advanced use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) required.
• Experience in producing short-form and long-form videos required.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of videographers of varying levels and skillsets.
• Lead full-cycle video productions including capture and editing of all Club video needs.
• Collaborate with in-house departments, external agencies, and corporate partners.
• Take video briefs from start to finish (brainstorming, planning, production, post-production, delivery).
• Manage video archives for all footage (Media Asset Management).
• Elevate visual storytelling in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing initiatives.
