Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Director of Video Production to lead a team of shooter/editors, manage workloads, and collaborate across the Club on high-impact sports content. The role requires a seasoned videographer with strong leadership, storytelling, and brand alignment capabilities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, expertise in cinema cameras (Sony systems), and advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of cinema cameras and lenses (Sony systems).
• Advanced use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) required.
• Experience producing short-form and long-form videos.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of videographers of varying levels and skillsets.
• Lead full-cycle video productions including capture and editing for Matchday coverage, Digital/Social pieces, in-stadium content, and partner videos.
• Collaborate with in-house departments, external agencies, and partners on video projects.
• Take video briefs from brainstorming to delivery and manage archives of footage.
• Elevate visual storytelling in alignment with brand guidelines and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain equipment and manage vendor relationships for production needs.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work nights/weekends as required.
