Responsibilities

• Escort guests with accessible needs throughout Highmark Stadium using stadium wheelchairs.
• Navigate entry points, concourses, premium spaces, and elevators safely.
• Coordinate and track guest transportation requests using 24/7 Communicator Software.
• Greet guests and provide a friendly welcome and fond farewell.
• Provide accurate directions to seating, restrooms, merchandise, and concessions.
• Inform guests about golf cart transportation and processes.
• Promote Fan Experience programs offered in the stadium.
• Monitor areas for guest safety and report issues to Event Command.
