Role

The primary responsibility of an Atrium Attendant is to reset tables quickly and professionally, ensuring the cleanliness of the assigned area and its perimeters. This position opens with the 2026 NFL season as The New Highmark Stadium becomes the new home of the Buffalo Bills, a project that will feature state‑of‑the‑art technology to enhance the fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Completing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining buffet inventory, keeping it fully stocked and clean.
• Passing food from buffet throughout the space to guests.
• Clearing food and beverages, carrying multiple plates at a time.
• Checking on customer satisfaction and referring information to servers, hosts, or managers.
• Restocking supplies such as beverages, napkin containers, utensils, and condiments.
• Cleaning and clearing spills quickly to maintain a safe environment.
• Practicing safe work habits and completing company and venue safety and compliance training.
• Maintaining a pleasant and collaborative attitude toward guests, coworkers, and management.
• Completing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Compensation

Physical Demands
