• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs guest traffic, collects/scans tickets, and verifies wristbands/badges.
• Welcomes guests and provides helpful directions for an enhanced experience.
• Ensures cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas.
• Delivers friendly, helpful customer service to attendees.
