Nd-Paper- is seeking a dependable Stacker / Dry End Operator for the 3rd shift in Sturtevant, WI. You will manage stacking, labeling, and staging finished board orders, serving as the final quality checkpoint before converting or warehouse processing.

Responsibilities include maintaining line flow, communicating defects promptly, precisely applying order labels, and ensuring counts match run cards while keeping the dry end area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform sustained physical work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect board quality quickly.
• Ability to read work orders, run cards, and label orders accurately.
• Reliable communication to escalate quality and equipment issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and lead safe work execution.
• Receive sheets off the corrugator at line speed and form stacks.
• Ensure stacks are even, squared, and correctly counted per run card.
• Label orders with correct details and verify counts before leaving the line.
• Inspect board for quality defects and escalate issues immediately.
• Operate forklift or transfer equipment to move finished board as directed.
• Keep the dry end area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
