Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Stacker / Dry End Operator for the 3rd shift at the Sturtevant, WI facility. You will manage stacking, labeling, and staging of finished corrugated sheets, serving as the last quality checkpoint before converting or warehousing.

The role emphasizes safety, precise counts, and timely communication of defects to the CR Operator. Responsibilities include line-speed stacking, accurate labeling, waste management, and coordinating with stacker and CR Operator for production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret run cards and labels.
• Reliability and clear communication with team on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stacker and layboy flow to receive sheets at line speed.
• Ensure stacks are formed square and counted per run card specifications.
• Label completed stacks with order details and transfer to designated areas.
• Inspect boards for quality and escalate defects to CR Operator promptly.
• Assist with material handling and maintain a clean, safe dry end area.
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs and with upstream/downstream crews.
