Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Stacker Operator to set up and operate machinery for stacking corrugated paperboard materials. The role requires careful measurement checks, quality inspection, and collaboration with the production team to ensure efficient material handling and storage.

Responsibilities include complying with safety policies, performing caliper and length checks, and assisting with wet end preparation as needed to maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check length, width and scoring measurements at every order change.
• Ensure sesame, open faced sesame and tear tape measurements are correctly positioned.
• Continuously inspect board quality (warp, bond, liner dents, scratches).
• Restack and assist with storage of sheets as needed.
• Assist other operators and trim blades when required.
• Perform caliper checks and length checks on stacks.
• Support wet end preparation and equipment readiness.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
