Who We Are

Dole Fresh Vegetables is a leader in the food production industry, known for the great care we take with customers and employees alike. Based in Springfield, Ohio, we produce ready-to-eat salads and related products.

• Work hours are from 10:00 pm until finish (typically around 6:30 am to 7:00 am), giving you the rest of your day free.
• Sunday shift starts at 9:30 pm.
• Every Saturday night off, plus an additional night off during the week.
• 3rd Shift Pay is $19.45 an hour

• Schedule: 5 days a week

The Team Members We’re Looking For

We seek Sanitation Technicians who support our production process by cleaning and sanitizing the facility and equipment used to produce our products.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and performing assigned functions following all company policies and SOPs related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF).
• Working in a noisy, wet, and cold environment with an average temperature of 34°F.
• Breaking down, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling production equipment.
• Washing and sanitizing processing equipment.
• Identifying issues affecting product quality, safety, or worker safety, and reporting them to a Sanitation Lead or Supervisor.
• Cleaning production area floors and emptying trash.
• Completing sanitation logs and related paperwork.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
