Responsibilities

1. Perform duties related to shipping and/or receiving, including processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and managing stock organization in the warehouse.
2. Operate manual or powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Essential Job Duties

1. Receive and store inbound products at designated locations.
2. Pick and deliver correct products to staging areas or trucks.
3. Transport products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
4. Sort and organize parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
6. Follow company policies and procedures.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

Up to 1 year of related work experience.

Preferred Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; prior warehouse or PIT equipment experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective oral communication; ability to keep simple records.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and procedures.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, climbing, and other physical activities. May work in cramped spaces, extreme temperatures, and high noise levels. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. PPE may be required. Travel may be needed, including overnight stays.
