Job summary

Citi is seeking an AVP-level Analyst for Production Management within Stability and Resiliency Governance. This role focuses on building foundational knowledge in production and risk management inside a highly regulated banking environment.

You will work with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience, learning governance practices, and contributing to data gathering, reporting, and process improvement. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Interest in IT governance, production support, or risk management within banking/finance is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & metrics support: prepare monthly stability reports under guidance.
• KPI monitoring: track stability indicators and flag anomalies.
• Tooling & automation: learn AI/automation tools to reduce manual toil.
• Best practice contribution: document and promote continuous service improvement.
• Data analysis support: surface trends and support actionable recommendations.
• Program participation: assist with Focus and Intensive Care programs data gathering and reporting.
• Attestation & review assistance: support annual attestation for Change Risk Index and Market Event Management.
• Data quality initiatives: contribute to data quality improvement projects.
• Continuous improvement: suggest ideas to enhance stability governance products.
• Strategy support: assist in researching and documenting Production Management strategies.
• Project & ad-hoc support: contribute across the team's portfolio.
