Job summary

BNY seeks a Senior Vice President – Resiliency to lead critical resiliency initiatives across the organization. You will drive continuity, oversee Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and transformation efforts, and coordinate with engineering and business leaders to strengthen operational stability.

The role emphasizes AI-driven automation, proactive risk management, and delivery across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
Experience across production support, SRE, and service management.
Ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise resiliency initiatives aligned to organizational priorities and continuity requirements.
Drive Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Chaos Engineering, and EOL remediation programs.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with engineering leaders, application managers, and senior stakeholders.
Develop strategies to improve resiliency, observability, incident management, and operational performance.
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation to strengthen resiliency outcomes.
Provide leadership across production support, service management, and SRE-oriented operating models.
Promote DevSecOps, Agile delivery, cloud transformation, and site reliability engineering principles.
