Job summary

Citi is seeking an Infrastructure Asset Management Analyst to strengthen technology risk governance and the lifecycle management of IT assets across the enterprise. You will lead strategic oversight, ensure compliance with mandates, and drive remediation prioritization in a complex global environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, executive reporting, and strong partnership with stakeholders to ensure on-time remediations and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years in Information Technology and over 5 years in IT Risk management within a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide compliance, risk or remediation programs.
• Experience in regulatory/audit engagements with Risk & Compliance teams.
• Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining IAM governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic governance and technology oversight aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee mandatory technology compliance initiatives (EOVS, VTM, GEMs).
• Drive risk-based remediation prioritization and measurable outcomes across infrastructure.
• Implement and manage vulnerability management processes across the asset base.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT asset lifecycle management processes.
